I'm So Glad You're Here!
Hi friends!!!
I’m so excited to announce the launch of the new website for The Candid Catholic! Over the past few months, I’ve been working to create a “home base” where I can have a little more freedom to expand on what I started out on Instagram almost 5 years ago.
I’m feeling the same fear and excitement I did when I first began posting publicly about my faith online. I intend to continue to be candid with my words, and honest about my convictions. I want this to be an intentional and authentic space, in the hopes that it may inspire others who are also aspiring to be saints!
What you can expect
Diving Deep
This website will be a place to expand my thoughts without the limitations of captions or word counts that come with social media platforms. Sometimes, I have desired to explore topics in more detail, and this will be the space where I can develop my ideas more in depth.
Variety of Topics
A lot of times I’ve wanted to post things on my Instagram page that were not directly Catholic content, but were still relevant to my life as a Catholic wife and mom. Here, I will be able to create different categories for topics related to homemaking, femininity, marriage, raising children, etc., as well as continue to explore Scripture readings, reflections on the saints, and Catholic inspirations.
Freedom of Expression
Because I wholly own this website, I am able to more freely express my thoughts and reflections without worrying about being censored, banned, or restricted in any way by other social media companies. This helps to fully support the idea that I want to be candid with my content.

I hope that my reflections and inspirations are encouraging for fellow Catholics. I’m also excited because I see the online Catholic community taking up space. That is my mission, I want to promote the Faith, to show how beautiful it is. More and more people are leaving their religion behind, and we must joyfully live out our Faith as a witness to them. All for the greater glory of God!
